images is a conceptual magazine whose first issue explores the themes of voyeurism and surveillance, reflecting the intrusive practices often hidden in contracts and terms of service. Commonly overlooked due to their deliberately disengaging design, these documents use visual strategies—tiny type, lack of hierarchy, dense text blocks, footnotes—to discourage reading.

By reenacting these codes, the magazine exposes the deterrent mechanisms at play. Its large, unwieldy physical format heightens the discomfort. Images thus questions form as a tool of power and sheds light on deliberate unreadability, making visible what usually escapes notice.
