Opening credits for a fictitious thriller called Transatlantique.
The aim was to immerse the viewer from the very first moments in a tense, dark atmosphere by emphasizing strong contrasts and presenting a sustained stream of images and text that evokes both the aesthetic of film noir and the distinctive artistic approach of French director Gaspar Noé.
Images steeped in darkness—even bleakness—are punctuated by moments where light breaks through, creating striking plays of contrast.
The typographic treatment reflects the tension and frenetic energy of the thriller.
